Adapted from Bart Van Goethem's micro fiction story "The Abused Dancer." As Director of Photography, I spearheaded the cinematic design and shot list through the curation of moodboards and storyboards, capturing a vision of isolation and solitude through long and wide shots and intimate moments with our lead actress.

You know when you wake up and immediately go through the checklist of all the countless things you need to complete during the day to come? That was the idea that sparked the creation of 'Reality Check' - produced, directed, and edited by Olivia Elmore and Payton Metcalf. Through collaborative creation of a moodboard, storyboard, and script, we filmed, edited, color corrected, and color graded 'Reality Check' within two weeks.
